maybe a tutorial or a short how-to? because I have no idea what I’m doing.
looks pretty though
I Thought about that but one of advices of experimentalgameplay was a instantly
playable game, so i can’t use any control help. So in the end i haven’t any idea to make that more instinctive ![]()
I planted 380 plants before launching off into space and never coming back.
Pretty meditative ![]()
I enjoyed it well, thank you.
I like the gravity logic.
Very nice, maybe you could add a goal by using the minimap colours…
I don’t understand what to do either lol.
All I’ve got so far is that you can roll around the planet, but how do you move to another planet or something?
EDIT: lol I figured it out, pretty cool concept
Hey guys ,
Thanks for comments ,
Thanks kosmopol very good you enjoyed , hey GusM i was thinking about maintain the reference of the planets and maintain green color planets and create a paralel ranking for planets , what you think ?
hybrent use space to jump for other planets ![]()
Cheers dudes.
You got a very nice way to walk along your planets/cells world, and you could actually add many different goals to the basic gameplay you have now. You can build a race between two marked planets, looking for the simpler path or the quicker travel, or build different levels with doors, obstacles and goals like a mini RPG…
I go along with the general feeling that its really not obvious what to do. I appreciate your goal of “instinctive gameplay” but I feel that this will always be a matter of degree, particularly if you’re using the keyboard. People are very unlikely to “instinctively” know which keys to press. It took me 10 minutes to work out what to do even with reading your comments on this forum. If you added simple instructions like “Left and Right arrows to spin and Space bar to jump” then it would make things a lot easier.
Having said that, once I’d worked this out then its really cool - interesting graphics and very funky gameplay. I think this is worth developing, particularly if you remember there’s a world of difference between “few instructions” and “no instructions”.
It definitely looks cool and it’s different, that’s for sure.
But I hope you will make it more interesting because I don’t really get it yet.
Greets,
-Stephan
Hey Guys,
Harissa have all reason , few instructions will be really better than no
instructions. So i put a small instruction and may be that can help to
solve the problem !
Thanks for all comments guys !
