no it not possible
Why not just further process the original file before bringing it into Unity?
I’m guessing you may be talking about some asset store animations - or some asset store project animations you want to edit?
Another option is to create a new animation of (example) a raised hand to apply additively or using the avatar mask to the animations you are already using.
Just another solution.
