Export terrain from Cinema4d to Unity3d


I created a terrain in c4d (with landscape tool) and I want to import it as a terrain to Unity3d

How can I do that, with keeping texture and without overstressing Unity (low poly) ?

Second option / question (maybe easier) : how can I export the heightmap from c4d to Unity ?

You can create a height map in Cinema 4d by adding a material to your landscape with a vertical gradient, then render to texture.
