Edit: Ok, the answer is that Export to fbx can’t export humanoid animations. Use Animation Converter from the Asset Store or similar to convert to legacy or generic first and then export.
I’m using the FBX exporter package, I have set a humanoid model in the scene with an animation controller and inside that an animation I have in anim format. I’m trying to export it to fbx but when I import it in 3dsmax it looks really wrong, check it:
