I’m trying to export a character from 3DSMax 8 to unity. I tried exporting it as a FBX file but when it becomes animated the character becomes warped and bent in odd direction. Is my importer out of date? Where can I get a update for it?
I had a similar problem, but it has nothing to do with your version of max. I think the problem might be that you have made the actual FBX import scale to 1 instead of .01, what you need to do if you haven’t allready is change all of the animations scale to 1, this should work.
