Exporting from unity and not opening in VseeFace

Hello, i have been working on a 3d model for a while and I tried to export it using UniVRM but then it asked me for a animator.avatar because my model didn’t have one, I searched up what to do and found a skeleton/avatar that counted as an avatar, I implemented it and choose it as the avatar for the model but when I exported it and tried to open it on Vseeface (a program to track your face and put it on 3d models) it said Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Did I mess up the export or is it the skeleton/avatar that doesn’t go with my model.
