Exporting from Unity resized objects

I’m working on a track and need to get it into Blender for tweaking, and back into the Unity engine.

I’ve saved it as a blend file and any updates are made automatically, so if I adjust it in Blender, the adjustments show up. This is great except I cannot add geometry, it does not pick up the new geometry only adjustments of the old.

Also, the main issue is, if I work on the track, and import it anew, then it does pick up this geometry, however I have resized the track since the original import, and I cannot match the sizes up easily afterward.

Even if I use the scale values from both the track in the inspector, and the track mesh in the inspector, these values do not cause it to match dimensions.

The track needs to be exact to match the terrain
