External Lightmapping Tool Problem

Im using a Mac + Maya and the external lightmapping tool found on the resources section. It all works in Unity, but in Maya when i try to click “Bake all now!” I get the error

Error: Error evaluating argument at position 1 in procedure "makeBakeNode".

bump- Anybody?

The external lightmapping tool requires 3ds max, not maya.

there is a user created maya one though, but likely not the same version of maya as you might be using (as I don’t think its a platform thingy)

There is an instructional video on the website about using it with OS X+Maya, but it is showing Maya 2010, and i’m using 2011. Maybe thats the problem?

Still not working for me. Now it says it can’t find the procedure “convertLightmap”.

external light mapping tool

can any one help me pls. when i am using external light mapping tool its exporting mesh to 3ds max. its not opening the light mapping tool window. pls help me how to install this
