Extremely confused Artist need a little Help with Shaders

I need some help with shaders.
For a long time I have planned to use the Unity Store to sell 3D Environment Asset Packs.
But the shaders have always been a huge, horrid problem for me.

  • Currently I am using Substance Designer + newly aquired: ShaderForge.

But I just can’t get anything working out of ShaderForge… Substance Designer works fine, but It is more for single textures.
What I need is a shader that can Blend 2 or more Texture Sets using either a Height-map or a colored Splat-map, while still allowing for a detailmap on top of everything.

Unfortunally all this shader stuff is a never ending nightmare to my artist mind and I am stuck. All I want to do is create awesome models and environment-art assets. I am just moments away from giving up. This has been dragging me down for weeks.

Are there freely avaiable shaders I can use in my asset-packs? I don’t think so right?
Can I hire someone to make me 1-2 shaders I can use? If so, please pm me your rates.

Try to stick with Standard Shader and don’t invent something fancy. In 80% of cases standard shader is more than enough for environment.
If you really need multi albedo/AO/Normal there are many of them and check on asset store as well. i.e.:
