attached is the file, it’s currently at a few hundred megabytes but I just deleted one that was well over 30 gigs.
These files have only started growing in size since I started using a VPN. Unity also doesn’t start unless I close my connection to my VPN.
nevermind, I can’t upload the file (too large!!) but it just repeats the same line over and over, “selector_thread_wakeup_drain_pipes: recv () failed, error (10054)”
Are you using a VPN client?
If yo search the error message you will find multible threads with the same problem.
If you’re using NordVPN, you’re most likely going to have issues with Unity. Fortunately, there are some workarounds that you can try out if you don’t want to work with your VPN disabled until this gets fixed!
-Try switching to the TCP protocol through the NordVPN application
-If the previous solution doesn’t help, try manual OpenVPN connection using NordVPN servers
You can contact their support for the exact steps on how to do that or refer to their help site.
Hope this helps!
(its not only NordVPN )
