Does anybody know where to get older version of this plugin?
There is only a new version 2.2 (Apr 20, 2015) that requires Unity 5.0.0 or higher https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/12767
I need the older version of this plugin for Unity 4.5.5 or lower if it exists.

The Faceshift plugin isn’t available anymore and it also looks like the company that developed it ceased operation altogether. As @zombiegorilla said here , no one can send you a copy because that would be piracy.
