Failed run script updater

I have following compiler errors:

  • Failed run script updater.
  • API updating failed. Check previous console message
    I started the API updater, but the error isn´t eliminated
    windows 10 home
    version: 1511
    unity version: 5.3.4f1
    please help. I am a newbie.

Hi. Have you managed to update your project to Unity 5.x ?
