I’m attempting to profile our project but haven’t been able to connect the profiler to our target platform.
Our project is built for Linux, it is a development build. I’ve attempted builds with the Autoconnect Profiler
box checked and un-checked. In either case, the project will run but doesn’t connect. If I attempt to manually connect, I get two messages and an error :
Attempting to connect to player IP
Connected to player IP
[65261] The message header is corrupted and for security reasons connection will be terminated.
I tried researching the error but I wasn’t able to find anything substantial.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be occurring?
I have made Windows builds, and have been able to successfully attach the Unity profiler for that target platform, I just can’t get the Linux build to work.
