Failed to fetch dependancies

Hello, after upgrading to Unity 2019.2.5f1

I am unable to resolve android dependencies

When running Play Service Resolver → Android Resolver → Force Resolve

I am getting following errors:

I have tried to remove the only plugins I have, which is admob ads and unity IAP, and adding latest versions again, still no luck, any suggestions are welcome.

I just updated the GoogleMobileAdsPlugin… maybe a problem with the newest version?

I have the same issue both with older version of admob ads (that was working with older version of unity)

after having this issue with updated unity, I hoped that updating admob ads to latest will solve it, but still not.

For me restarting Unity helped.
