Failed To Load Asset Because It Was Serialized With A Newer Version Of Unity

I am using the latest 2018.3.12f1 version of Unity and get this error.

Failed to load ‘G:/Unity/FPSSample-master/Assets/Scenes/Level_01/Level_01.asset’ because it was serialized with a newer version of Unity. (Has a higher SerializedFile version)

The errors keep stacking every second…

Do i need exactly required version?

Okay, seems like i got it. I need to download the whole project, not the git clone. Sorry for inconvenience.
