failed to load window layout

I met this error and I can’t open any project, can’t make new project.

Any options of above error pop-up does not work.

And this message infinitely shows when I tried to run unity and open project.

Using newest beta version.

How to fix? Urgent!

solved by install unity 5.5.1 and make new project. and suddenly unity beta version can also open project too without layout error message.
