I receive this error on starting up the editor. The editor is also EXTREMELY slow and is unusable.

OS windows 7 32 bit. I change the compability mode just to know that it will work or no.but nothing happen. Please tell me what should i do?

I dont have idea, When i play the game mode, the objek meterial turn into the pink color. but when i change the material to sprites-default it back to normal. Does this D3D11 problem will affect to the unity3d performance?
No, it does not affect performance. The only thing it affects is that GPU debuggers like VS graphics debugger or RenderDoc will not display rendering annotations.
