Failed to re-package resources

Hi everyone,
so I recently formatted my windows10 new, so all my unity files are also gone.

I downloaded the newest unity version 2017.4.1.f1 (used to use 2017.3.1.f1).

And as usual, I have the problem when building to android.

In the past I fixed the error by using JAVA ver.8 and an older “tools” folder in the sdk.
So, this what I also did now, but now I get these errors:

Meanwhile I have reinstalled ver.2017.3.1f1 again, however with the same issue.
So this is the error log from 2017.3.1f1.

It is really sad to see that even with the newest version of unity, building to android is always such a big problem.
