It failed to repack with the following error message.

[Step: resource injection] Failed to inject resource and apply mapping.
It worked fine before, but from the newly uploaded version, the same problem occurs in either apk or aab.
Can someone help on this?
The above problem occurred in Unity 2021.1.16 version, but it was repacked normally in 2021.1.4 version.
What is the difference between the two versions?
