Failed to resolve project template: Failed to decompress

Hi everyone,

two days ago, I wanted to open unity, when I created a new 2D project, this message appeared,
I tried many things and don’t work, anyone knows how to fix that?

I’m using Hub 2.3.2 and unity 2019.4.0f1
