Failed to start trial for the Unity cloud content delivery service.

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for help regarding the issue I encountered.

I am new to the Unity cloud content delivery service, I went through all the steps and pressed the “Place Order” button, but I got the error “We couldn’t process your payment”.

I tried a couple of different visa cards and still couldn’t finish the payment. Actually the amount due is $0 and it’s free, I don’t understand how I could get through this payment process.

Can anyone please help me, it’s very frustrating that no being able to start the free trial because of the weird error.

I would suggest to indeed add a support ticket. CCD is not enabled to investigate deeply issues with payment. I did validate that it was working this morning. Could you retry? There was big internet connectivity issues yesterday that may have affected our third parties providers including payment providers.
