Failed to update my payout profile for Unity Ads Monetization - TFA not working

Hi!

I’m getting this error when trying to update my payout profile. And i don’t receive any SMS or phone call.
Tried to change the phone number for TFA - still the same, it attempts to send SMS codes to the old number

I already tried to open a support ticket - they recommend to ask support by writing a message to unity-onboarding@tipalti.com. Answer from unity-onboarding@tipalti.com was to write back to unity support :slight_smile:
And then they just stopped responding - the latest message from them was a month ago.

I guess there is some technical problem on unity or tipalti server - looks like one of them fails to contact my phone number, so i would like to change it to another number.

Because of this stupid problem i cannot change my payout profile and withdraw funds from my account

P.S. after attmept to update the profile, i got this error in my browser’s console:

POST https://ui2.tipalti.com/api/v0/TwoFactor/SendPinCode 500 (Internal Server Error)

Someone from Unity, please help :frowning:

My support request 1833166 was created more than two months ago, and still no answer… The case is quite simple, why it takes so long to solve it?

ok, Unity finance team finally did reset my payout profile 2FA, so now i able to setup another one. Thanks for any help
