Failed when trying to build WebGL project,Failed during WebGL project

Editor Version: 2019.4.8f1
Platform: WebGL

I’ve been trying to test building my project for WebGL platform all day.
When I hit build button, the progress bar shows. Everything seems fine until it stopped the progress and the console shows three errors. I will copy and paste the error messages below.

To figure out the cause, I even tried to build an empty project with a simple cube in it, but the very same errors occur during the build process. So I’m concluding that it has something to do with build settings or project settings.

What am I missing here? Any ideas?
