Failing to build hololens app : UnityEditor.BuildPlayerWindow+BuildMethodException: 2 errors

I’m attempting to follow the tutotial here to build a basic scene for the hololens. I’m getting somme build errors though whenever I try build the app for Visual Studio. You can view an image of the error and my build configurations here. This is the error I am getting:

These are my build configurations and Unity Info:

Unity Version 2017.2.0b6

Platform: Universal Windows Platform

Target Device: Hololens

Build Type: D3D

SDK: Latest Installed

Build and Run on: Local Machine

I’ve seen a few other posts with this same issue, but none have provided my a successful way to resolve the issue. Any help would be great appreciated.


I have the same exactly error if trying create Android apk.
