Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES] even after switching to JDK6

Hi all , This is the first apk file I’ve had to sign on this new computer , but when I try to install it I get the error above in the console .

The frustrating part is i went and installed JDK6 since I read here that JDK7 wasnt signing certificates .

Any help here , I can’t upload to the market till i get this fixed !

Ok, I fixed it , but I had to generate a new KeyStore with JDK6. Don’t know why JDK7 doesn’t work right .

OMG thank you so much, I also tried downgrading to JDK6 but my problem persist and it was because I had create the new Keystore when I still had JDK7. Now I works great :slight_smile: !

Yes you do. It is not just a case of installing JDK6 you have to generate your keystore with it as well.
