Over 7500 Polys for a hut who’s door and windows make up 90% of the polycount is not so good for games. Put a few of those on screen and your polycount is already huge for screen rendering.
The model is good but you could have got the same from way less polys by taking more time to model it, especially taking more time to model it for gaming use.
7500? 
that’s an overkill… I can make 2 normal houses with that without furniture but with interior…
