Hi
I have an interesting problem, though a bit disturbing as we are in a production. On my machine there is Unity 2.6.1 running. When I open a project from another machine (e.g. copy it to the local drive or import a package into a new project) and I try to access the filesystem, e.g. open a .js file, edit and save, or just select another material in the inspector, I receive the following:
The current working directory was changed from your Unity project folder located at ‘/Users/mb/Work/honda/40_demo1’ to ‘/’. This is not allowed! If you are setting the current working directory from script temporarily, then please make sure to set it back to the Unity project folder immediately after you are done.
But I did not change anything! This happens only on this machine with various (maybe all?) projects. Reinstalling Unity did not resolve.
Sadly the only option in the Window is QUIT so I can’t report through the regular process.
Any ideas? thank you in advance for any hint!
