Fbx animation imported from blender acting differently on unity

Hello !

I have a problem with one of my animations. I have a boss I animated through Blender, and that works perfectly on blender, but once I export it as a fbx and put it in Unity, the boss’s hands suddenly follow the animation differently. Like I animated one hand to go to point A and the other hand to go to point B, but in unity they both go somewhere else.

I’ve spent hours reading every question here but nothing acutally helped :frowning:
