FBX filesize.

Hello, I am just checking if this is normal. I have a mad a model with Modo302. Its a model with about 80000 poly’s. The model in the .lxo forma is around 2.5MB. But when I export it to a Unity compatible .fbx the filesize becomes 15MB … ? Is this normal and does it affect the eventual filesize that is allready about 18MB for the web player?

It is normaly especially if those 80000 polys have distinct vertices all with their distinct normals etc etc.

Ok, thanks for the super fast reply. But does it effect the eventual filesize for the web player, or is that related to the amount (and res) of the textures that are used?
