trying to figure out the animation workflow from Blender to Unity
the character on the left is an import of the blender file, animating with mecanim with a simple idle animation
i added more animations (“actions”) to the blender file and exported as an FBX - the character on the right is this FBX.
any ideas why is he turning into a stick figure here?
the animations look correct in the animation preview window so i’m not sure what i’m missing here.
