[Feature Request] Show links to release note inside Hub

Hi,

Using Hub makes downloading new versions of Unity pretty simple.
It would be better if there was a link to the Release Note of each version.
On the Installs>Official Releases>List of versions, each version has the “Add Component / Set as preffered / Uninstall” options. There you could add a ‘Release Note’ button.
