[Feature Request] Terrain holes, caves and overhangs!

Terrain Tools does have the feature to create holes:

• Unity - Manual: Terrain tools

Just not overhangs or caves, but it’s generally better to create such via 3D meshes instead.

How would you create a cliff?

Hi guys! I have been using unity for a long time for 2d games, now I would like to learn how to achieve some beautiful environments in 3d, I already have a good concept of how to create a AAA small scene. But there was always a question that I wanted to solve, how do you get caves or cliffs like in the photo in unity? I think you actually need to create your own terrain system or buy a really expensive asset, right? [image]
