I’d prefer to install Unity Hub in my D drive and keep it close to my other Unity Editor installs. However there doesn’t seem to be an option for this. The default behavior is to install under C:\Program Files\Unity Hub which is a bit presumptuous.
I have tried moving the installed Unity Hub folder into my D drive, but everytime it updates it reinstalls to C:\Program Files\Unity Hub and the auto uninstaller for Unity Hub doesn’t do anything for the version installed in the D drive. Keep up the great work!
How come this doesn’t move the currently installed Unity Editors?
Will it work if I just cut and paste all the currently installed editors to the new path?
Hi @Gekigengar ,
Cut and paste all the currently installed editors to the new path should technically work.
Although this is not an intended use case, so I would not recommend it, the decision is yours.
