February 7th - build failures

Hello -
Cloud Build is currently experiencing a wave of build failures due to a ruby gem error - an external component that’s needed in the build setup steps (specifically for cloud build) just became unavailable. The team are working on this now.

This is tentatively back in action now (as of the past 30 minutes), but we’ll continue monitoring for now.

Everything still appears stable now. The Cloud Build team are also working on further redundancy options for those gems.
