FIFA style selection box

What would be the best way to create a FIFA styled selection box.

That would be very basic, either:

  • A grid layout control, with child elements using layoutelements to control their size
  • A vertical layout control with either fixed prefabs as children, or children with horizontal layout controls (a slightly more controls grid layout)
