i saw some sprites of the game a couple of days ago and i started working on this for the sake of good old days :slight_smile: I have implemented some basic stuff but you can notice the crappy animations since i just use the sprites that i found on the net. i am planning to make the very first level and most of its mechanics. i ll keep posting the updates, comments are wellcome.

You can try it out, no enemies, no combat system yet…
Controls : Arrow keys + Q W.

I’m definitely a fan of the Final Fight series, so I hope this goes well!
Are you just plainly remaking the original with the same assets, or are you going to do a graphical overhaul or any other changes?

i am a solo programmer with no artistic skills so i ll try to implement game mechanics with the original assets.

I forgot how much I used to love this game!

Just put in your own character and change the sounds/music and make your own game. People are dying to play this kind of stuff on iPad!

I also like the feel of the game… you could change the frontflip animation tho, other stuff is great :stuck_out_tongue:
