Hello,
I’d like to share some of my findings and recommendations regarding asset store website.

Bugs:

  • When I purchase/add a free asset from the site, the state of the Add to My asset button does not update to Open in Unity after the process is completed. To see the reflected changes, I must always reload the web page.

  • When a user clicks the Add to My Asset button on multiple assets at the same time, the icon of the last selected asset will always appear on the Added to My Asset pop-up for all assets. Also, when doing the same thing, occasionally site becomes stuck at an empty ELUA pop-up and must be reloaded.

Suggestions:

  • Could we get an add-to-cart function for free assets so that we can buy/add multiple assets same time?
  • Can we also get remember my choice option for EULA, as it becomes annoying when attempting to purchase multiple free assets?

Haven’t noticed the first two. Be sure to test with all browser plugins deactivated and ideally with browser default settings. Whenever I run into odd issues with websites, most of the time it’s due to my excessive use of adblockers, otherthings blockers, request header modifiers, autoplay disablers, cookie consent managers … :smile:

AFAIK the EULA can be different per product, and it always needs sign-off. I’ve never seen an EULA popup where it allows me to say “remember my choice” because that sort of “defaulting” could be legally problematic.
