FInished FPS template?

Does anyone here have a finished FPS template? I tried the tutorial but it had too much errors, if you could do that, you would be in my game credits. Sorry im only 13.

and does anyone know about making a fps multiplayer?

Use the search function. Learn.

I couldn’t really find anything

Try and fix the errors, you will have to do that alot when building a networked game anyway.

Ok but maybe I can compare what I did wrong with the finished template like trial and error

So if you have one can you send me a private message

Or you can post the link here

If i cant get a finished one does anyone have a upadated tutorial?

In my opinion, the tutorials were made to show the overall concepts of creating a game in Unity. Even if their are errors, it still fulfills that role.

You shouldn’t be trying to learn specific functions from it. Thats what the scripting reference is for.

Don’t make a networked game, and if I were you I wouldn’t even make an FPS. When I learn a new engine, I create some of the classics before I attempt anything new.

Pong->Breakout->Snake->Tetris->Pacman->Space Invaders->Mario (or any sidescroller really)

I highly recommend you do each of these games before you attempt a “real” game.

This is a very unrealistic request. I know you say you’re 13, but I think most professional developers on this forum are not going to simply hand over their project code to you. You are young and have plenty of time, why don’t you get some books and do some research online and learn to develop for Unity. I wish I had Unity and all the time you probably have when I was 13; the skills I would have now lol. There is a Unity FPS tutorial on the Unity site, check it out as it has a lot of valuable info and you can create a complete FPS game based on the concepts and information covered there.

If you would like to join me i am currently working on a online fps and have the scripts and a developing map.

Actually, I am also 13 and looking to make a game and already have basic models made with qubicle, but don’t know squat about c# or anything about that, but I guess that since this was in 2012, not really worth responding I guess
