First Person Arms

Im Making a First Person Game, I have the Body and animations all set up but now looking to adding a weapon to my game. Im trying to get the arms into the screen with the body I have…

I found alot of “Adding Arms” tutorials but that only shows just the arms.
its for multiplayer so I would like to have the full person showing for other players

I have no experience creating animations… and kind of looking for an easy way to do it, or a good cheap/free animations pack?

I have not, is it a program? built into unity?
unity free or unity pro?

Just looked into it, Its an asset with guns and all that.
it looks like a good package but Im not really a fan of importing things like this into my project because I have to “redo” alot of things. And my game isnt really about guns. just looking for a simple weapon holding like an axe or sword
