Are there any already created first person controller scripts for the unity iphone?

The unity 3 iPhone license comes with an FPS character controller. Alternatively you can use any number of third party FPS controllers. For example the UnityPrefabs Advanced Character Controller (contains FPS controller)

Download the Occlusion Culling example. It has a great FPS control prefab.
