It’s been about 3 1/2 hours since I started baking my nav mesh, and it has not changed the slightest since I started it. My terrain is 2000x2000 in terrain settings, is this an issue?
Bigger level geometry = longer bake times. Navigation mesh relies on the polygon count. Try adjusting the Voxel Size under Bake Settings
It shouldn’t take forever. One thing to check: If you have a huge backdrop, skydome or similar accidentally marked w. navigation static it can cause long bake times.
