Fixed Build&Run with Xcode 5 with Unity 4.2.2?

The release notes for Unity 4.2.2 are saying that Build&Run Issue with Xcode 5 has been fixed.
I updated to 4.2.2 but nothing changed in terms of parsing my project to Xcode automatically through Buid&Run. I am doing something wrong?

Works fine for me.

I’ve just updated to XCode to 5.0.1 and Unity to 4.2.2f1 and when I hit “build&run” the compilation finishes but XCode never starts… I have to launch it manually and hit run in the IDE.

Not updated to Mavericks tough…
