Fixed camera view area? Is it possible?

Whenever I change Layout the camera view area chenges it’s shape. Same thing happens to a Canvas. Is there a way to make that camera fixed, like in any 3D editor, so it’s view area won’t change when I resize the Unity window or change the Layout?

The grid stays the same while MainCamera Changes it’s size.

The camera will resize to fit the view port on whatever platform. In the editor, you can set the aspect ratio (as mentioned by @AlwaysSunny). You can also force aspect ratios in the player settings for the respective platforms.
