FIXED: Unity Editor's GUI breaking

EDIT: This bug has been fixed by Baste:
Layout->Default in the upper right corner

I don’t know how to explain this phenomenon but for some reason Unity is deciding to break.

In the image, the package manager, (along with the rest of the menus) is not filling the whole window, and will only let me click on the packages if I click on their original location (where they should be, if the package manager wasn’t broken) as shown in the included video (in a .zip because unity won’t let me upload a video).

I use an Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 (Model 7390)
My Specs are:
Intel i7-1065G7
Intel Iris Plus G7

I really need help as I cannot do any work with this happening.

I’ve just encountered this exact same problem and I’m on Unity 2020.1.17f1.
Can’t get any packages and it is hindering my work too.

Layout->Default in the upper right corner usually fixes issues like this.

I did it just now, didn’t solve anything. I’ve also tried updating to Unity 2020.2.2f1, same scenario.
