Flashcot version 1.1 (integrates Unity+Flash)

Flashcot is an interface between Adobe Flash Player and other web players. These web players can control Flashcot to load graphic content, encode its bitmap data, and transmit it back to the caller. Flashcot uses JavaScript for straight and fast communication.

These are the first demonstrations of the product:

A Unity application requests Flashcot to load graphic content in Flash, which in turn sends it back to Unity that sets it as background of a rotating cube.

Load images with Flashcot and set them as textures of a rotating cube.

I just released a new Flashcot version 1.1 that:

Also published the source files that you can use to evaluate Flashcot and create your own projects:

Added a new demo that captures the camera from Flash:

This demo is using a resolution of 160x120. Lower resolutions give higher FPS.
