Floating player.... slowly rises when walking around

Hello,

Player (highlighted in image sample) slowly rises during gameplay. The other character is an enemy with a navmesh set to the players destination, so they start leaning back as the player rises. Player is controlled with Root Motion, and as you can see has gravity turned on.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here :confused:

[UPDATE: When I unclick “apply root motion” from the animator the player will fall down, half way into the ground.]

Changing the animations to “Root Transform Position (Y)” Back into Pose = true (Original), seems to do the trick. It may have caused other things for me to fix, but the feet stay on the ground now. However, I’m not sure what’ll happen with hills etc.
