But then I read (in the buyer comments) that it’s not possible to change the models and that there is zero support. I tried looking on the developers website but the link is dead. I am in need for a flocking system that I can use for flies, birds and fish but I cannot afford to take financial risks. How will I know if this assest does what it says?
Is it true that this asset doesn’t allow me to change the model? And is it true that there are no refunds, even if the asset doesn’t come as described in the store? I recently read a post about someone being scammed and Unity even contested the Paypall refund request.

PS How come 10 dollars be converted into 9.50 euro’s when I add it into my cart? That’s not the current exchange rate… Is there a way to pay in dollars by using Paypalls exchange rate?
From what I can tell, those are just particles. I need a flock that responds to the player (e.g. by evading), with a script and models I can adjust. But thanks anyway
There is no demo in the assetstore, and the developers website is down. The only way I can find out if the asset comes as advertised is by buying it. Is it save to assume paragraph 4.6.3. applies to me?
Actually, there’s a model listed right in the asset, “birdModel.fbx”. I don’t know how adjustable the flock is as far as evading the player, but it’s currently on my buy list because of the number of flocking patterns that are in it.
Right now, Unluck Software has their Vulture Flock on sale for $5, so if you don’t want to risk $10, maybe that’s the package for you. (Same company.) You can cycle through various flocking patterns in the webplayer demo with the buttons at the bottom.
You can change the model on this asset i just DL and did that
it does exactly what it says - you would need to supply your own animation if you change the fbx though.
