Hi folks,
I am very new to Unity and am working through the “Learn game development/ Unity” and have run into a problem with flythrough. I am on a MacBook Air M2 running OSX Sonoma 14.2.1.
When I right-click in the scene I can rotate the scene but if I try to use WASD to move-in or out I get no movement towards an object but what looks like the scene being cut. The ground object looks like it is being sliced and any objects between me and the object I want to zoom into.
What am I doing wrong? I have been in the tutorial for a couple of hours and everything worked OK. I did have issues with .Net installation but I stopped getting .Net errors and was fine until I got to flythrough mode. Can anyone offer some help on this issue? I am NOT a command line guy so any help that tells me to do things in command line mode needs to be explained in a VERY basic way.
THANKS in advance for any suggestions, links, or fixes,
joeb
