Follow Object without looking at it

Hi Guys,

I need to my gameobject follow, attack, move towards to my target.

But I need to do it without

-changing rotation

-using rigidbody


In a script (attached to your GameObject) add a reference to the Target object, (Via Inspector, or one of the Find options, or saving the gameobject when instantiated … etc etc).

Then in that script, in either the Update(), FixedUpdate() or a Co-Routine just use one of the Vector3 manipulations to set the transform.position.

Options include: Vector3.moveTowards(), Vector3.SmoothDamp(), Vector3.Slerp(), Vector3.Lerp().
