Is there a way for me to force Unity trial to expire? I would like to register my copy with a key right away, because I believe the registration process will bypass the need to have an actual video card (our Unity only runs in batchmode). Once it expires, the “registration” process pops up immediately.
Can it be done?
Change the system date on your server. The screen pops up. Do your magic. Put system date back to today. This was the first computer hack back in the day when dealing with installed products.
On Windows you can go to “Help” > “Manage License” to change your license. On OS X it is “Unity” > “Manage License”.
